Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish protocols for identifying incidents, drive troubleshooting bridge calls, and diagnose incident impact while working with fix agents to determine the best course of action.
  • Ensure accurate enterprise-wide communication, provide executive status updates, and validate fixes with field teams.
  • Investigate root causes, implement corrective measures, document actions taken, and contribute to the Known Error Database.
  • Assemble resources efficiently, prioritize incidents based on urgency, and continuously improve incident handling techniques.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, implement policies, manage staff, ensure system security, and stay current on technology trends.
  • Work with support, security, and service provider teams while reporting to IT executives and C-level management.
    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or a related area of study plus 4+ years of experience, or 8 years of related experience

      Skills and Qualifications:
      • General Knowledge of IT systems
      • Knowledge of firewalls, networking protocols, application and database monitoring, and IT Security protocols
      • Effective in High pressure situations
      • Ability to work in an on-call environment
      • Preferred experience communicating with C-level executives at a major corporation
      • Preferred experience managing people
        Salary Ranges

        Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $110,000.00/Year

        The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
