DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned consultant to drive impactful outcomes through effective engagement leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise centered on Microsoft collaboration tools and AI. The role requires strong technical skills in the M365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams and most importantly M365 Copilot. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in gathering user requirements and practical experience, excelling in understanding client needs, refining processes, and enhancing productivity. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter that can help drive important projects to completion. The candidate will be expected to organize and conduct business workshops as part of their duties.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive modern work engagement initiatives to drive impactful outcomes.
• Identify and solve customer problems and uncover opportunities for improvement in the collaboration space.
• Understand client needs and preferences to deliver user-friendly solutions in the AI space.
• Refine processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft 365 to maximize employee experience.
• Customize solutions and extend platforms in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot.
• Streamline collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within organizations.
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Innovate continuously to optimize employee experience and drive productivity.
• Guide developers and other contributors in the understanding of their deliverables from a business perspective.
• Assist with evaluating the quality of work produced by developers through code reviews and testing.
  Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong foundation in business analysis.
  • Significant practical experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot.
  • High interest in the application of AI to common business challenges.
  • Proven ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and opportunity identification skills.
  • Ability to refine processes and enhance productivity.
