R0073426About Our JobWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative
employee experience business partner who will be an integral member
of our team at Denver Public Library. Located at the Central
Library in downtown Denver, in this role you are a key member of
the Human Resources team, responsible for creating a strategy for
consistent employee experience for our people, at all levels, and
at our various library locations across the City. Your primary
location will be at our Central Library in Downtown Denver,
however, DPL reserves the right to reassign locations based upon
operational and/or staffing needs at any given time.Employee
Experience Business Partner:You will champion, design, and refine
the employee experience at Denver Public Library, through a
collaborative approach, using data informed decision making, and
understanding.Key Initiatives will include:
- Employee experience strategy development: identify key
touchpoints in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development,
retention, etc.) and enhance those experiences to ensure a seamless
and positive journey.
- Employee Wellness: design and promote programs that support
employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance.
- Recognition/appreciation programs: support, promote, and refine
practices around employee recognition and appreciation
programs.
- Business Strategy & Alignment: ensure that employee experience
strategies evolve as the company grows, and help employees adapt to
new tools, processes, or cultural shifts.
- Onboarding and Integration: develop programs that help
integrate new hires into the organization, aligning them with the
company culture and team dynamics.About YouOur ideal candidate:
- Strong business acumen
- Utilized HR analytics to forecast people strategy needs based
on historical data, business projections, and market trends.
- Developed strategies to enhance the alignment between business
objectives and employee satisfaction.
- Have experience executing various HR practices and concepts
around enhancing the employee experience by delivering personalized
support and development, driving engagement, and reducing
turnover.
- Has a strong ability to influence and drive change.Minimum
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: Two
