A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter).

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the job requisition process and post positions on the ATS system and external job boards
Review resumes, screen applicants, and schedule interviews with team members
Maintain relationships with internal and external resources to achieve staffing goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Proficiency in Office365, HRIS, and ATS systems
