Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist to
assist patients in enrolling in a health monitoring smartphone
application.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce patients to the program and assist with enrollment via a
smartphone app
Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and convert those calls
into enrollments
Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and enhance
enrollment experiences
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead
conversion
Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across different
systems
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work
independently
Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
