Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator, Home
Equity.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications and confirm credit worthiness
Communicate origination timelines and manage documentation from
applicants
Oversee the loan process and ensure timely communication with
borrowers
Required Qualifications
Background in financial services and sales, preferably in a call
center environment
Two to four years of successful loan origination experience is
preferred
Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
Ability to obtain and maintain individual state mortgage
licenses
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple
systems
