Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Leader AI/ Data - Financial
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable AI architectures and
systems for BFSI applications
Serve as a trusted advisor to BFSI clients, designing customized AI
solutions that deliver business value
Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines and ETL
processes for BFSI data using cloud platforms
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data
Engineering, or a related field
10+ years in AI/ML architecture, Data Engineering, and building
data pipelines
Strong knowledge of BFSI data systems and experience with
BFSI-specific data sources
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch,
and experience in Generative AI
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior
team members
