The Home Health and Hospice Nurse Manager will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Director, physicians and case management teams to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital's standards and values. The Home Health and Hospice Nurse Manager will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
