Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Process
Improvement Program Manager to lead and drive continuous
improvement initiatives across the Human Resources department. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and
implementing process enhancements that increase efficiency,
effectiveness, and employee satisfaction within HR operations. You
will collaborate closely with various teams, including HR, IT, and
business leaders, to develop and execute strategies that optimize
workflows, streamline operations, and ensure alignment with
organizational goals.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,
skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's
location and is subject to change based on work location.
