Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of People Experience and
Culture (PXC).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition and learning & development
strategies aligned with organizational needs
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and foster a positive
candidate experience
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences
based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources,
focusing on talent acquisition and learning & development
Experience in setting strategic direction for talent acquisition
and learning & development
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and facilitate learning
experiences
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of
managing complex projects
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and
stakeholders
