wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and

Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized
environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers
(PCs), is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own
small business. A typical is the heart of our business and consists
of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom.
Our PCs conduct business under and offer a customized business
approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace.
Dahl Plumbing is one of those trade names and is looking for a
Hydronic Inside Sales & Service at their Denver, CO location .
Pay for Hydronic Inside Sales & Service is between $25.00 and
$40.00 per hour at this location. The application deadline is

with new and existing customers? If so, we'd like you to join our
team as a Hydronics Inside Sales& Service Representative.
About the Role:
You will:
Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Profit Center
Manager.
Work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin
targets.
Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through
telephone sales transactions.
Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
Perform heat loss/gain calculations via software, followed up by
project designs and quotes.
Maintain product literature files and sample material to ensure the
most current and accurate information is always provided to our
customers.
Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and
become their trusted advisor.
Generate sales leads that develop into new customers using outbound
marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our
solutions.
Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing
deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with
Company policy and procedure, work with vendors on defective
material returns, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer
satisfaction.
Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center
activities as part of our Profit Center team.
Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any
changes in a customer's business that might cause a credit
risk.
Assist customers with installation questions or with equipment and
systems (including controls) as well as with related
troubleshooting.
Design the following for residential and/or commercial purposes:
heating/cooling/humidification systems, potable water pressure
booster systems, DHW production systems,
sewage/effluent/groundwater pump systems, HVAC control systems for
residential and commercial projects.
Provide sales and design support for PE, HDPE, PP-R, and water
filtration systems.
Produce piping and control diagrams with Visio.
Provide specifications, submittals, and IOMs as needed.
Manage rental equipment, processing outgoing and incoming
transactions with customers.
Provide backup support for the HVAC equipment at our facility as
well as backup support for IT as needed.
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training
programs as assigned.
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate
supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales;
contractor sales preferred.
Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
Our ideal candidate will also:
Have at least 2 years of applicable field experience working as a
contractor and/or technician.
Have experience with at least one heat loss/gain program.
Be to "walk the walk" and "talk the talk" when it comes to
hydronics.
Have knowledge of VFD technology, and the ability to program
it.
Have the adequate IT knowledge required to be able to support
customers with control systems and provide in-house support to
co-workers.
Have knowledge of combustion analysis, and steam systems and
components.
Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to
communicate via email, to maintain weekly sales plans, call
reports, and customer contact files, and to analyze customer
data.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service, telephone/verbal
communication, and generous listening skills.
Demonstrate a comprehensive product knowledge of HVAC, hydronics,
and control systems (including DDC) and be able to answer customer
questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
Build influential relationships and trust with customers and
vendors through open and interactive communication.
Be able to prospect new customers, ask probing questions to
understand customer needs, overcome objections by recommending
profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and ask for
the order and close the sale.
Be able to build positive working relationships and inspire
teamwork with co-workers.
Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used to
process orders.
Be able to learn to operate warehouse material-handling
equipment.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
