Area)Position Type: Direct HireTraining: This position will require
traveling to the Seattle, WA area for about one (1) week.Hourly /
Salary:Based on experience (Up to $72K annual salary with
commission and bonuses)Residency Status:US Citizen or Green Card

for a Route Sales Representative to join their team!Overview:The
Route Sales Representative is responsible for providing direct
delivery service to assigned customers. They ensure the timely
delivery of products, maintain customer relationships, and maximize
sales within the designated route. This role combines customer
service, sales, and basic operational functions to support business
growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Products: Load and deliver company products to various
clients or retail outlets on a designated route.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
additional products to customers. Achieve sales targets and goals
set by the company.
- Customer Service: Establish and maintain positive relationships
with clients. Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and
ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of product inventory, restock
cabinets, and ensure products are stocked at each location.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and record
sales transactions.
- Route Planning: Efficiently plan and manage daily routes to
ensure timely deliveries and minimize fuel and time costs.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure the delivery vehicle is
well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries,
inventory, and customer interactions.Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery, sales, or customer
service preferred.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license and a clean driving
record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry products (up
to 60 lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks like
loading/unloading the vehicle. Installing and building of
cabinets.Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Sales-driven with the ability to close deals and build
long-term relationships
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
countsWork Environment:
- Frequent driving and travel between customers.
- Early morning shifts, and possible weekend/holiday work
depending on the route and customer needs.
