Job Description:

As the face of our company, you will be responsible for several key parts to the series of making appliance sales. This person should be knowledgeable in the industry and possess strong people skills. We expect fast paced work, multi-tasking, creative thinking and problem solving, good memory and strong organizational skills. Day to day, you will be responsible for opening and closing the showroom, answering phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, teaching customers about products, accepting and organizing trucks and PO's, navigating CRM tools and cleaning. This position is hourly with spiff bonus incentives but should be motivated regardless of daily sales. This person should possess strong technology skills and be able to navigate tablets, computers and their software. Our ideal candidate will have sales experience but we can train skill but we cannot train attitude and desire to work. The sales representative serves as an expert, explaining the specification and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers, with the goal of closing a sale. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50lbs to help load customer's products.


This position is full time. Starting pay is $15/hour plus SPIFF bonuses based on sales volume. Average Bonus is $1000+/month.
