We are hiring a Production Associate to assist in the teardown of high-horsepower diesel engines. This role involves rotating through engine disassembly, component cleaning, and part inspection to prepare for the next stage of production.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (within 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: On-site/1st shift
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and production equipment safely.


Disassemble engines, clean components, and inspect parts.


Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.


Maintain a clean and organized workspace.


Follow all safety protocols and report hazards.


Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.



Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.


Experience in automotive/diesel repair (preferred).


Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.


Knowledge of hand tools and production processes.


Commitment to safety and teamwork.
