Field Service Technician Calibration Tech Validation Automated Robotic Multichannel Pipetting & Multiplex Microplate Autoloaders Sampler Readers Immunoassay Bioassay Electrochemiluminescence Detection Tabletop Laboratory Instruments CCD Optics Micropumps Mechatronics Proprietary Software _.

SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Start up, monitor, and repair various automated sample prep and analysis systems and a wide range of sub systems (lasers, scanning confocal optical systems, robotic plate handlers, liquid sample handlers, incubators, washers, sophisticated mathematical algorithms, and related control & analysis software).

*** Debug scripts on liquid handling platforms.

*** Advise users on preventive maintenance and configurations to optimize system performance.

*** Support sales teams with service contract, instrumentation, and similar sales.

*** Serve as voice of customer and liaise feedback to product development teams.

*** Perform preventative maintenance of test equipment and related components.

*** Train on site personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment.

*** Provide technical expertise related to:

Sample Prep Equipment Components: Pipettes, Buffer Prep Vessels, Piping Equipment, Vent Filters, Agitators, Sample Vials, Channel Disposable Test Cassettes, In-Line Mixers, Gel Electrophoresis Wells, Centrifuges, Ultrafiltration and Electrodialysis Apparatus Electrodes, Buffer Chambers, Electrophoresis Chambers, and similar.

Subcomponents: Rotors, Rotor Lids, Adaptors, Swinging Bucket Rotors, Fixed Angle Rotors, Microplate Carriers, Conical Tubes, Vessels, Cell Washers, Cell Separators, Reagent Cartridges, and similar.
