About the Role:
As a CBRE Real Estate Sr. Analyst, you will support a Real Estate Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio.

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of buildings on behalf of a client or owner, as part of the broader Property Management function.
What You'll Do:

  • Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Ensure regular property inspections occur. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Respond to escalated tenant needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces and tenant improvement department.
  • Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepare all required legal notices and coordinates legal action.
  • Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
  • Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
  • Gather data to provide information for the annual budget preparation process.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
    What You'll Need:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • CO Real Estate License required (must be willing to obtain).
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
    • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

      Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Real Estate Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Real Estate Analyst position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
