owner, contractor and design team to facilitate a 5-year project to
design and construct a manufacturing facility outside of
Cincinnati, OH. This requires a dedicated Project Manager who can
work with an ever-changing facility to achieve both short term

contributionsYour Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as the Lead Point of Contact between design team,
project owner, the General Contractor and subcontractors
(Contractor team) to remedy project questions.
- Provide information to the design team as onsite conditions
change.
- Manage the RFI and submittal process as a point of contact
between the contractor and engineering teams.
- Manage the entire design team including Swanson Rink and
outside consultants.
- Identify resources for the project for both onsite and overall
project team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client's organization, key
people, and culture and tailor performance of services to
complement.
- Work with the contractor in documentation and checking of
as-built conditions, coordinate model updates with the design
team.
- Work with the contractor and client in project closeout
activities assigned to the design team.
- Ensuring the Contractor team has a complete understanding of
the issued for construction (IFC) drawings and specifications.
- Act as the single point of contact to the Design Team for any
questions by the Contractor team regarding the IFC drawings and
specifications.
- Coordinate the distribution of submittal packages to, and
responses from the Design Team for adherence to IFC drawings and
specifications.
- Meet with the Contractor team to facilitate the resolution of
RFIs and to facilitate their understanding of the Design Team
response.
- Participate in weekly design and construction meetings lead by
the Contractor team.
- Track and facilitate timeliness of RFI and submittal
responses.
- Coordinate and schedule construction site visits by lead
engineers, architects, and other design team members.Your
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect or ability
and determination to become licensed.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction
Management.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Engineering, Project Management
or Construction Management.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Requires the ability to pass background checks, security
screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or
Federal contracts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.Salary range of
$120,000 - $180,000 and will be based on several factors including
experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
