The Snooze Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in helping to driveoperational performance at Snooze by utilizing data to summarize and presentcohesive business recommendations across all disciplines and departments. Inaddition, they will help create financial forecasts and budgets, as well asdevelop new reporting using Power BI and leveraging our new internal datawarehouse. This role will support various departments in reaching theirreporting and data goals which will have a large impact on Snooze's ability tocreate exceptional Guest Experiences.Overall, the role of the Senior Financial Analyst will be to support thegoals and priorities of Snooze and proactively present the data necessary tomake sound business decisions within a fast-paced environment. This rolereports to the Vice President of Finance and comes with lots of pancakes andbacon!The Position specifics!
Taking on the role of Senior Financial Analyst isn't just about baconand pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:

• Support cross-function departments to conductin-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities forimprovement
• Leverage the internal data warehouse to create reporting for variousdepartments
• Create and manage financial forecasts including current year, 1-year,and long-range planning to support key decision-making
• Prepare complex financial models, including cash-flow models, IncomeStatements, pre/post analysis, marketing/promotional campaign tests, humancapital reporting and Key Performance Indicator reporting and summarize withactionable next steps
• Perform actual to budget/forecast variance analysis and partner withAccounting to ensure alignment
• Identify potential cost-savings initiatives and identify risks/opportunitiesto the business
• Lead new projects and priorities as needed

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or other related discipline (orcertification equivalents) preferred
    • 4+ years of proven professional experience in Financial Planning &Analysis, Analytics or Business Intelligence (relevant hospitality industryexperience and experience with budgeting tools and Power BI is a plus).

    • Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hours per week

      Denver area base salary range: $90,000-110,000 per year
      The base salary range above represents the low and high end of theSnooze salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may beabove or below the range based on various factors including but not limited toexperience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality ofproduction, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The rangelisted is just one component of Snooze's total compensation package foremployees.
