Job Description:
A company is looking for a Speech Analytics Analyst to partner
with customers and leverage speech analytics for actionable
business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Determine call events for software training to support analytics
and business goals
Analyze language patterns and conversational content to derive
business value
Create and manage custom dashboard reports and maintain solution
libraries
Required Qualifications
Previous experience with speech analytics or strong understanding
of conversational English
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify
patterns and solve problems
Innovative mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and
adapt to changes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,
Statistics, or related fields
Ability to work effectively with product development and business
teams
