Job Description:

A company is looking for a Home Delivery Pharmacy Technician, remote in IL or IA.

Key Responsibilities:

Process prescription requests and manage order entry, billing, and fulfillment
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with operations support and training
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, verifying member/patient data

Required Qualifications:

Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain before start date
1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
Must reside in Illinois or Iowa
Must be 18 years of age or older
