As an Extraction Lab Technician, you will play a vital role in our innovative team, working with cutting-edgeextraction methods to produce high-quality medicinal dietary supplement products. You will be responsible for conducting extraction processes, maintaining equipment, creating and tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Postion allows for flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain extraction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Execute extraction processes for functional mushrooms, adhering to established protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Document extraction procedures and results accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the lab environment to ensure a sterile and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize extraction methods and improve product quality.

Salary$17 - $22 USD per hourRequired Skills- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in laboratory or extraction processes are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Desired Skills- Previous experience in a laboratory or extraction environment, preferably within the cannabis or mushroom industry.
- Familiarity with various extraction methods (e.g., CO2, ethanol, hydrocarbon).
- Knowledge of adaptogen and entheogen properties, including their medicinal benefits.
- Experience with quality control and compliance documentation.
