II PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all

to apply! Job Summary and Qualifications Performs angiography,
special procedures and radiological diagnostic procedures/exams.
Operates IR equipment, and prepares the room with the necessary
equipment and supplies for exams/procedures. Maintains sterile
technique and field. Positively reflects concern and consideration
when interacting with patients, medical staff, physicians, and
other hospital personnel supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values
of Rose Medical Center. Is able to provide care to assigned
patients and assures a safe patient care environment. Complies with
the Staff Expectations, maintains technical skills, IR
competencies, and is responsible for the use of equipment to
minimize hazards and maximize patient safety, while maintaining
ALARA standards. Secondary responsibilities include clerical duties
such as, answering phones, ordering supplies, stocking the
department, maintaining files, and general cleaning. Assists in
collecting data and conducting quality control on equipment.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the IR Supervisor/CNC.
Adheres to the Rose Medical Center iCARE Standards at all times.For
this position you will need:
- License: Technologist: Current ARRT (R)(CVIR)(VI) license.
Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or
American Red Cross RN: Current licensure in the State of Colorado
as an RN, or current active multistate RN license. Current BLS
certification through American Heart Association or American Red
Cross.
- Education: Technologist: Graduate of an accredited radiography
program RN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN/BAN
preferred.
- Experience: Technologist: 1 year diagnostic radiography
experience, 1 year in hospital angiographic interventional
experience preferred. RN: 2-3 years experience in a specialty unity
(critical care, ED, PACU, Radiology, or Women's Health). 1 year
hospital angiographic interventional experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be familiar with the
majority of IR exams/procedures with a high degree of critical
thinking skills necessary for operation of equipment and patient
care. Must be capable of applying technical skills to all age
