Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Investment Advisor - Senior for a contract position in Denver, CO. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The candidate will be joining the client's private banking sector as part of a team whose aim is to both stabilize the deposit book and identify opportunities for growth.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Proactive calling on deposit clients and prospects with mindset of stabilizing the book to stop outflow and growing balances by leveraging Private Bank rate offers to capture assets held away.
Working current book -Largest depositors to smallest
Loss deposit report to try and regain deposits that left.
Mortgage only report to increase share of wallet
CD Maturities
Mining for loan and investment opportunities.
Relationship contact, being introduced as part of the banking team. When servicing needs come up, looping in partners/ WA to fulfill.


Qualifications:Candidate must engage with clients in a meaningful way, and be excited about the opportunity to work with clients directly on a daily basis to ensure we are aligned with their best interests
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and active listening will be key
Ability to prioritize and execute
Previous experience with Microsoft suite
Understanding of basic banking transactions, how banks function


Preferred:--- Previous experience at a Financial Institution
--- Previous experience with Salesforce
