All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full-timeShift: DaysLocation: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, 80210The role you'll contribute:The Revenue Integrity Lead is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with team members and leaders both within the department and across all departments that we service at the facilities. Assists in creating and maintaining workflow efficiencies in the department. Tracks and reviews error trends to be used in training and development. Manages team projects as assigned to keep on track and meet deadlines. The Lead is also responsible for training associates on specific processes and procedures, including individual and group training when necessary.The value you'll bring to the team:
    • Responsible for associate Kronos/timekeeping and attendance tracking.
    • Mentors and trains associates on an ongoing basis.
    • Provides expertise to resolve, research, track data flows, errors, and oversee project development within the department.
    • Actively seeks opportunities to improve the overall process flow.The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
      • Knowledge and understanding of HCPC/CPT-4 and compliance related to these codes.
      • Proven excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in business/finance, IT, or Accounting is desirable or other related certification, and appropriate experience may be substituted.
      • 5 years' experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting.
      • 5 years' experience in an acute care or physician office charge capture/audit setting preferred.
