within Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry, Inpatient Adult Psychiatry,
Psychiatric Emergency Services, CARES, and Outpatient Behavioral
Health Services are offering the opportunity to enroll in a new
program offering a cash incentive to recognize your work treating
patients with substance use disorders. This program is sponsored
through the ACCESS (Advancing Careers, Competencies, and Equity in
Substance Treatment Services) grant. Employees must be > 0.6 FTE
to be eligible. 50% of the bonus will be received 90 days after
signing the program contract.
* Registered Nurses (RNs) may earn up to $7,500 by December
2024
* Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) may earn up to $3,500 by
December 2024
* Care Navigators may earn up to $3,500 by December 2024Job
Summary
Under general supervision, the Behavioral Health Provider (BHP)
provides integrated behavioral health as a key member of the care
team in various settings. The BHP abides by guidelines and
expectations specific to the setting in which they provide patient
care. Services will be provided in an Ambulatory Care Services
(ACS) clinic or a school-based center with a focus on therapeutic
interventions across the lifespan. Services include brief
evidence-based treatment for psychiatric disorders and assessing
psychosocial factors in patients with chronic medical conditions
and may include substance abuse screening and treatment. The BHP
provides as needed: case management and consultation, case
coordination to facilitate referrals to specialty care, and crisis
intervention.This position will be working within our Outpatient
Behavioral Health Services department with individuals diagnosed
with substance use disorders. This position is for a clinician on
the Women and Family Services team, serving our priority
populations including pregnant women, postpartum up to two years
and families with open DHS cases.
