Polishes the imperfections.? Maintains solid communication with Quality Assurance Department.? Cleans and maintains department areas.? Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of materials.? Following the organization's standards and procedures to help maintain a safe environment.? Attend Production meetings that take place every morning and afternoon.? Prepares Polishers daily to be successful in their shift and meet production expectations.? Monitor the quality of work during your shift. ? Make sure the team is compliant with safety training each month.? Training new employees and existing employees when needed.? Monitor efficiencies: work with employees to make sure they are hitting their daily expectations in quality and performance.? Present write ups to HR when employee is not following procedures, policies or not performing up to Gunslingers expectations/quality.? Manage swipe/tablet system.? Other duties as assigned.

The company pays for 100% of a life insurance plan for $15,000 of coverage. Requirements: ? Demonstrate good manual dexterity and upper body strength with the ability to manipulate parts of varying sizes (equipment generally weights 5-25 pounds)? Strong communication skills and creativity?
