Job Description:

Clean Harbors is looking for a Surface Rentals Supervisor out of Muncy PA office who is responsible to support and enhance customer service and satisfaction, in conjunction with the Branch Manager with expertise in Surface Rentals equipment and operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

---Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

---Overall responsibility for front line business development and lead generation, maintenance of customer relationships, and assisting with scoping and pricing of projects/jobs.

---Develop and ensure a good working relationship with corporate sales personnel and personnel from all branches.

---Interface with the customer in a professional and effective manner. Provide excellent customer service on projects/jobs including Sales Order issue resolution, technical support, follow up on equipment/service issues, and building strong relationships with the customer representatives in the field.

---Assist with pricing and quoting by applying local market knowledge and experience.

---Understand and work with the Surface Rentals Coordinators in the communication of the manpower, equipment and resources required to complete Surface Rental projects.

---Actively participate in joint sales calls with corporate sales. Participate in internal sales and business development meetings.

---Document competitive issues and convey findings to management.

---Upsell additional Surface Rentals assets and services on existing projects/jobs.

---Actively seek opportunities to cross sell other Clean Harbors' lines of business into existing projects/jobs and convey opportunities to account managers.

Key qualifications:

--- Highschool or equivalency; Post-Secondary in related field preferred

--- 1-3 years' experience drilling/oil & gas/industry experience

--- Sales experience

--- Motivated and Goal Oriented

--- Good Communication Skills

--- Must be organized and detail oriented
