Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the
Department of Veterans Affairs in enhancing user experiences
through Human Centered Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and analyze data to create reports with
actionable recommendations
Facilitate Human Centered Design workshops and collaborate with
teams to develop user-centered solutions
Manage project timelines and deliverables while documenting
processes and outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction,
Design, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in conducting interviews, writing reports, and
facilitating HCD workshops
Strong analytical and system-thinking skills
Experience in a business or requirements analyst role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a
dynamic environment
