Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Escrow Assistant. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Denver, CO (Onsite).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation Detail orientation Excellent verbal communication Problem solving skills Strong organizational skills.
1-2 years' experience as an Escrow Asst I or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related real estate or title field.

Responsibilities:Provide support to the Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
Primarily same job description as Residential, except the escrow process is managed for large Commercial transactions Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by the Escrow Officer Prepares documents for closing
Handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents require for transactions Support Commercial escrow needs.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $25.58/hour to $25.58/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
