Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Representative (Remote) to
manage client accounts and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts from initial quote to order
processing and shipment release
Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries,
resolving issues, and tracking orders
Interact with various departments and complete reports for
management regarding account sales activity
Required Qualifications
3 years of customer service or account management experience
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with
ERP or CRM systems
Ability to embrace new process methodologies and technology
Problem-solving and analytical skills to handle client issues
effectively
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on teamwork and
collaboration
