Reports To: Director of Operations
Supervises: N/A
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
General Summary:
Coordinates departmental purchasing and documentation, generates
reports, files documents, schedules appointments, answers inquiries
and handles other routine and specialized coordinate's operations
meetings, audit operational programs and trainings. Supports the
Operations departments by performing the following duties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists managing the building access & badge program for staff and
vendors.
Manage the company uniform process and distribution.
Assist in completion and distribution of operations calendars to
all key stakeholders.
Assist with creating PO requests for Operations orders and tracks
those to delivery.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other
records.
Greets scheduled visitors and directs to appropriate area or
person.
Completes daily, weekly, monthly and annual facility reports, this
would include, but not limited to Altum PM's, SOP, Salto,JHA's,
manager walks, best practices, policies and operations
meetings.
Scans and copies correspondence or other printed materials.
Orders and maintains operational supplies and arranges for
equipment maintenance including but not limited to Salto.
Enters data into software programs for maintenance and/or utility
tracking.
Assist with basic signage, floorplan printing and placement.
Assist tracking hours of equipment use via computer
applications.
Aid operation department audits for JHA, training, equipment and
storage.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Compensation:
Compensation is dependent on experience and rages from $25.00 to
$27.00.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. BA/BS degree preferred.
Two years related operations/administrative experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize tasks and to organize time to complete tasks
in scheduled times.
Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and public speaking skills
Must be able to execute tasks in an ethical and fair manner.
Good time management.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Computer Skills:
Ability to use all office equipment and computer software,
knowledge of Altum, 24/7 Reporting, ITC, Salto, and/or EBMS a plus.
Adobe products.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be
proficient in Microsoft Office/365 software.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Position may require certifications by law and/or job
assignment.

required to sit for long hours; use hands to handle files, type and

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
to handle office correspondence. may be subject to adverse working
conditions, dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors etc., including
weather; possess the ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds to
desk level. Requires radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Normal business hours. No travel required.
