Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with the divisional team to acquire new talent.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with applicants to answer questions and nurture relationships
Facilitate qualified candidates through the application process, including scheduling interviews and managing the applicant tracking system
Coach and train the divisional team on application best practices to ensure excellence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Background in customer service, recruiting, or business operations required
Experience with Microsoft Office products required
Preferred experience with interviewing and vetting candidates
Experience with Lever or another ATS preferred
Experience in HubSpot and/or Asana preferred
