Job Summary

At DriveTime, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Guide. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to grow and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Guide, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. This will involve working closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and are provided with all the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring that our vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for sale, and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
