Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seafood Team Member - Fresh Market Specialist to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our seafood department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making product recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels by receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and conducting cycle counts.
• Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays by arranging products, creating eye-catching displays, and implementing sales promotions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store environment.Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 0-1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $25.40, commensurate with experience.
