About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Early Research and
Development to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and
management of early-stage drug discovery and development. The
successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing the research strategy, overseeing the identification
and validation of new drug targets, and leading a team of
scientists and researchers in a collaborative and innovative
environment. This role involves project oversight, ensuring that
multiple research projects are on track and within budget, and
coordinating cross-functional teams to advance projects from
discovery to pre-clinical development. The Head of Early Research
and Development will also provide scientific and technical
guidance, stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, and
ensure that all research activities comply with regulatory
requirements and industry standards.Applicants for the Head of
Early Research and Development position at the company should have
a Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field, with a strong background in
drug discovery and development. The role requires a proven track
record in leading and mentoring scientific teams, as well as
excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal
