Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Data & Analytics Lead to
support the Claims organization through analytics and insights
derived from claims data.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver analytical projects to improve claims
operational performance and profitability
Establish expertise in Workers' Compensation and Managed Care data,
mentoring junior staff as needed
Prepare deliverables and collaborate with senior leaders and
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree
preferred
8+ years of analytical experience in a P&C insurer, health
insurance company, or healthcare organization
Knowledge of standard medical coding and proficiency in analytical
and statistical techniques
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI
or Tableau
Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language like
R, SAS, or Python
