Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Claims Associate to assist
clients with auto insurance claims and ensure timely financial
recoveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in initiating and navigating auto insurance
claims
Follow up with insurance companies to check claim statuses and
resolve issues
Maintain organized records and provide exceptional customer support
throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
preferred
1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
Previous experience in auto insurance claims or a related field is
preferred
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
Customer service focused with a commitment to delivering a positive
experience
