ADDING TO PRIMARY CARE TEAM AT GROWING CLINICBC/BE Family Medicine (no OB) - West Greeley Banner Health, a Top-5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks, has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty practice, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home , NCQA's highest certification.

  • 4-day work week and limited practice call (phone consult only)
  • Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
  • Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
  • Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons in west Greeley (with an incredible panoramic view of the Rockies!). Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET, and more on-site
  • Salary Range: $235,000 - $265,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentivesRequirements include:
