Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a scalable knowledge management approach
across internal organizations
Provide leadership in content experience design, standards, and
governance models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex content
initiatives and manage change
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in developing content experiences and
knowledge management strategies
Broad knowledge of information architecture principles, including
taxonomy and hierarchy
Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams for large
initiatives
Proven ability to align design thinking with business goals
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in knowledge-centered service and
data-driven decision making
