Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its
high-growth phase by negotiating and drafting various commercial
and technology agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial contracts, including
vendor and technology agreements
Analyze and mitigate contractual risks related to data privacy and
regulatory compliance
Manage contract lifecycle processes and support M&A activities
and partnerships
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house
Strong experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial
agreements in the technology sector
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one
state bar
Experience counseling consumer technology clients is preferred
