A company is looking for a Sales Legal Counsel specializing in
US Immigration.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by providing legal consultations on
immigration strategy and options
Evaluate eligibility criteria for immigration cases and explain
regulations to clients
Monitor immigration trends and train the sales team on legal
changes
Qualifications
JD and admission to any US state bar
Minimum 2 years of US business immigration experience
Experience with US visa types such as O-1, L-1, EB-1, E-2 NIW,
H1-B, and TN
Ability to manage client deliverables and expectations
Experience in customer-facing roles with Founders and C-level
executives
