  • Manage software development operations, including release strategy, project planning, development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Lead the execution of multiple concurrent software development projects
  • Partner with various teams to meet strategic and tactical objectives
  • Ensure that development teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources
  • Maintain awareness of technology standards, best practices and trends
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect to set architecture vision
  • Support team culture via team-building activities and training for developersQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 8+ years of API development experience with expertise in Micro Services based Architecture.
    • 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role
    • Proven track record of successfully leading software development teams
    • Strong understanding of Observability Patterns for APIsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
      • Extensive knowledge of .NET web framework utilizing C#
      • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
      • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
