Job Overview
**THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE
As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business
Channel, you will play a meaningful role in marketing our company's
portfolio of business products and services to existing. This is a
true hunter role! We're looking for driven, persistent, outstanding
sales professionals to bring our products and services to
underserved customers. Your primary focus will be mining and
growing existing accounts. Through account management and
solutions-based selling, you will analyze customer needs to
identify and customize wireless voice, data products and services
to maintain and grow accounts. This role will meet and exceed
monthly sales quota objectives by successfully growing accounts
within an assigned account base. You are accountable for a high
volume of activity through customer calls, emails, appointments,
and funnel management as part of your assigned accounts. You would
be a great fit for our team if you like to combine your superior
listening and interpersonal skills and outgoing personality to
build instant customer rapport to achieve your sales targets!

T-Mobile's Commitment
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $52,200 - $94,300, inclusive of target
incentives
Base Pay Range: $36,540 - $66,010
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications,
and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this

Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales
incentives.
