Job Description:
Are you seeking a position where you can utilize your customer
service and sales skills in order to develop and maintain positive
customer relations? A large and reputable firm in Colorado Springs
is looking to add a dynamic, positive, results-driven Customer
Loyalty Representative to their retention team.
As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will be responsible for
responding to customer inquiries via telephone and/or written
correspondence. In this role you will be able to utilize your
analytical skills in order to independently deliver appropriate
information and solutions to your customers. This is a dynamic
position, and the right candidate will possess conflict resolution
and negation skills.

Education/Qualifications
*High School Diploma or GED
*1-3 years? experience in a customer oriented field
*Ability to work full time. Scheduled shifts will vary
Sunday-Saturday, 6am-8pm
