Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a key leader in our people-first approach, the Employee Leave &
Accommodations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing leave of
absence programs (FMLA, ADA, Personal Leave of Absence) and
workplace accommodations. This role requires a hands-on leader to
manage a team, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional
employee experience. You'll work cross-functionally, mentor a
dedicated team, and optimize processes to provide seamless,
compassionate support that empowers employees to thrive.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,
skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's
location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen,
