Job Duties and Responsibilities
At the heart of our people-first approach, the HR Operations and
Leave of Absence Supervisor plays a vital role in shaping an
exceptional employee experience by overseeing critical programs
like FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and accommodations. Your
impact in this role is far-reaching-ensuring not only legal
compliance but also driving a culture of care, clarity, and support
for our employees during the moments that matter most.You will
collaborate across departments, mentor a talented team, and
streamline processes to ensure our HR operations run smoothly while
providing employees the support they need to thrive at work. You

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $100,000.00/Year

total compensation will vary based on factors such as
