DescriptionSHIPPING SUPERVISOR -Qualifications: - - - - - -1-2 years of experience in Shipping - - - - - - - - - - Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week) - - - - - - - - - Past experience managing people - - - - - - - - - - Great attendance - - - - - - - - - Highly motivatedPosition Description: - - - - - - - - - Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs - - - - - - - - - Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions - - - - - - - - - Ensure products are loaded on the trailers correctly and in a timely manner - - - - - - - - - Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training - - - - - - - - - Observe work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards - - - - - - - - - Motivate and manage a large group of employees - - - - - - - - - Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workersThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase salary range of - $58,800 - $ 68,000This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; -The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
