• Excellent customer service is always top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.About the Qualifications:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • If you have Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • Must have Denver Guard License or ability to obtain one
  • Must be willing to conduct foot patrols in inclement weather
  • Must be knowledgeable in two-way radio communication
  • Must have Customer Service experience
  • Must have 6 months of experience in the Security Industry
  • Must be willing to work with minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and be willing to engage with patrons on an individual basis without backup
  • Must be willing to remain active and stay alert during hours of darkness
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • Have reliable transportation
