Job Description:

- Shift Times- 8a-5p or 9a-6p M-F. Open to 4-day work weeks.
- Patient ages: 6 months - 22 months
- Mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leaders

Salary and Benefits:- $125,000 to $145,000 annual salary (negotiable)
- Sign-on Bonus
- Relocation Stipend
- Monthly bonus plan for optometrists
- Up to $1,000 per year in CE reimbursement
- Professional fees reimbursed for state-specific required license(s) and certification(s) or membership(s)

Requirements:- License (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Optometry
