As a Help for Heroes Therapist, you will work within our specialty Help for Heroes program as an integral part of our clinical services team. We provide high quality, evidence-based care to meet the individual needs of our Active Duty, Veteran, First Responder, and Frontline Healthcare Workers.   • Provide therapeutic interventions to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance use disorders in group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Appropriately communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources
  • Actively engage in individualized treatment planning for patients and work with patients to achieve treatment goals
  • Successfully collaborate with the Denver Springs team to ensure quality care for patients Salary range: $33 - $38 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate. Qualifications: Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent licensure in Colorado.
    • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements
    • Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred
    • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
